Week Six
This article talks about the negatives of public transportation. Public transportation is very irregular and the times are always changing. Sometimes the bus or train or whatever is very dirty. There is also a possibility of getting robbed by others who are riding the same public transportation you are. Public transportation vehicles also have malfunctions and this can delay you.
I can use this article to help me when writing my essay because it shows the reason why people do not want to use public transportation. I can use this article to come up with ways that reject these ideas. There are many more positives than negatives when it comes to public transportation and this article can help me to prove that.

Week Five
This article is saying that as of right now transportation is taking up so much energy. With the way things are going now, transportation is not sustainable at all. There needs to be a change made and quickly so that transportation will become more efficient. The article says, "Transport was further discussed as part of the Plan of Implementation at the World Summit on Sustainable Development where countries agreed to promote an integrated approach to policy making including policies and planning for land use, infrastructure, public transport systems and goods delivery networks, with a view to providing safe, affordable and efficient transportation, increasing energy efficiency, reducing pollution, reducing congestion, reducing adverse health effects and limiting urban sprawl."
The article is important to my research because it shows that there needs to be a change made in order to make transportation more sustainable. This will be useful to use in my paper because it shows that people realize something needs to happen to make transportation more sustainable.

Week Four
This article is specific to transportation sustainability. The article also has a really great image to help explain transportation sustainability. It talks about the three categories of environment, economy, and society. All of these categories are supported by multiple reasons of what happens in that specific topic.
I can use this article in my paper because the image is really great at showing the different categories that goes into transportation sustainability. The article gives details about each of the topics so it will be awesome to use in my paper. The article can help support the idea of why public transportation is important.

This article also talks about the benefits of using public transportation. The use of public transportation can save a person so much money. They don't have to pay for gas, car repairs, or parking passes. Cars account for 50% of pollution nationwide. Public transportation saves energy as well as cuts back on traffic congestion.
I can use this in my paper because it gives statistics that have actually been found. The article is very useful because it gives so much information on public transportation that deals with sustainability. The article will be an awesome source to help support my essay.
